Hunter McKenzie LP was founded in 2006. The goal was to assist companies that utilized complex equipment, solve their project issues. Our founder, Mark, has over 35 years of hands-on, field experience, and progressive managerial experience in the energy sector. He realized it was time to use his unique skill set to effectively bring logical solutions to the forefront. To address this, he left the confines of his corporate life and began focusing his efforts on solving tough project issues that many companies face today.
Mark’s background in the field and behind the desk gives him a unique perspective on Technical Documentation; primarily Operations Manuals and Process-based Procedures. So much so in fact, that his new clients quickly realized that he brought a new approach to tackling their ongoing IOM Manual issues. Hunter McKenzie LP was born and so was our “Simplify Complex Information” initiative.
Using the same approach and experience, Mark then expanded Hunter McKenzie’s offering to include Instructional Design and Training Curriculum Development. Soon after that, our Project Management solutions began to roll out. Finally, our Aerial Media (drone) services were launched in the summer of 2017 to round out our services.
Today, the company has expanded into a fully operational engineering support company offering many supporting and independent solutions. Our clients often find our level of competency a welcomed bonus because they have become accustomed to dealing with firms that cannot provide our level of in-depth expertise without constant hand-holding and unnecessary meetings.
